Briar Run Alpacas - Directions

From Frederick, Maryland take I-340 towards Harpers Ferry and Charlestown. As you pass the Wal Mart on the right, stay in the right hand lane and turn onto Rt. 9 towards Martinsburg. When the four lane road ends, turn right onto Leetown Pike. At the traffic light, turn left onto Rt. 9. At the next traffic light turn left onto Short Rd. The Comfort Suites Hotel is on the left. From here follow directions at item 3.
From Hagerstown or Winchester, take exit 12 from I-81 (Winchester Ave.). Stay on Rt. 9 for about 5 miles and turn right onto Short Rd. The Comfort Suites Hotel is on the right. From here follow directions at item 3.
From Rt. 9, turn onto Short Road by the Comfort Suites Hotel. Go approximately 2 miles to Paynes Ford Rd. and turn right. You will go down the hill and the road will make a hard right turn. You will go over a bridge and up a hill. At the top of the hill, make the first right onto Melody Drive. Melody Drive is a gravel road. Follow Melody Drive to the "T" in the road and turn right onto Sweetbriar Rd. We are the 3rd house on the left.
From Rt. 11, turn onto Paynes Ford Rd. As you pass the end of the runway, stay to the left. Continue to stay on Paynes Ford Rd. Turn left onto Melody Drive.
From Martinsburg, turn onto Kelly Island Rd., then turn left onto Paynes Ford Rd. Follow Paynes Ford Rd. to Melody Drive.
